Phil Stacey

American Idol finalist release album

Phil Stacey’s self-titled album will hit the streets April 29, 2008. This debut album is being released by Lyric Street Records, and was produced by Grammy-award winner Wayne Kirkpatrick.

Phil Stacey became known to audiences during the 6th season of American Idol, where he finished in 6th place and participated in the 55-city American Idol tour. A veteran of the United States Navy, Phil remains in the Navy Reserves. Phil, wife Kendra and daughters McKayla and Chloe make their home in Nashville, Tenn.

The selections on Phil Stacey’s debut album convey a strong Nashville feeling with clear lead vocals backed by rich keyboard and guitar harmonies. From the soulful lyrics of “If You Didn’t Love Me” to the driving rhythm of “’Round Here” and “Find You”, Phil Stacey delivers a message of faith and encouragement.
